Are there any minimums for Dugsi Technology plans?

No. We do not place any restrictions.

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.

Do i have to sign a long time contract?
No. Pay as you go and you can cancel your account at any time and we do not charge any cancellation fees
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. For example, you can sign up for the “Starter” plan and upgrade to “Standard or Madrasa” plans later.
When will I be billed?
After the initial 14 days free trial, your credit card or bank account will be charged each month until you cancel or you add additional assets or features beyond your initial subscription.
What types of payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card, and you will be billed in US Dollars. We also accept pre-planned Automated Clearing House (ACH) where we deduct your subscription amount from your bank account.
What do I need on my computer to run Dugsi technology applications?
You can use any device with an internet connection and a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE 9 or higher). Our mobile apps are native iOS or Android so you can use any mobile device.
Who can access my data?
Dugsi.Technology uses Role-Based access so users only see what you give them access to.
Is my data safe and securely backed up?
Absolutely. Our servers are housed in a SSAE 16 type II audited data center with 24 hour monitored security and staffed 24×7 by senior systems and network engineers. Our storage infrastructure is highly durable and fault tolerant, and our databases are backed up daily and securely transferred and stored with military grade encryption to multiple off-site locations. We offer SSL encryption while you data is in transit with all plans.
How simple is Dugsi.technology and what support options do i have?
Every detail in the software is designed for starters. The need for training is cut to save time and effort with our intelligent simple interface and user friendly controls. We offer free training to new users and if you have additional questions you can directly Live-Chat with our support team inside the application.
Is there implementation fee?

If you Dugsi/Madrasa has less the 200 students, we do not charge implementation fee. Any organization that has more than 200 students, we charge flat fee of $500 implementation fee.
